Release self-criticism, guilt, and the pressure to be perfect. In this gentle workshop, you’ll learn simple tools to soften the inner critic, practice guided meditation, and explore journaling for insight. Together we’ll create a safe space for reflection, kindness, and support.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with practical practices to bring compassion into daily life. Please bring a notebook, pen, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
Deb Stearman is a Master’s-qualified Educator, ICF Accredited Coach, and trained Hypno-Psychotherapist. With over 20 years’ experience supporting women, young people, and communities, she creates safe, empowering spaces for growth and wellbeing. Her workshops blend psychology, mindfulness, and creativity, offering practical tools that help participants build confidence, set boundaries, and nurture self-compassion in daily life.
