Come and share a gentle meditation, a positive and healing way to begin your week.
Please bring a blanket/wrap and, if you wish to lie down for your meditation, a yoga mat and pillow.
Mondays 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
15, 22 and 29 April, 13, 20, 27 May, 3, 17, 24 June (no class 6 May and 10 June)
$10 per session or $90 for 9 sessions
