Come and share a gentle meditation, a positive and healing way to begin your week.
Please bring a blanket/wrap and, if you wish to lie down for your meditation, a yoga mat and pillow.
Mondays 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Term 4: 7, 21 and 28 October, 4, 11, November.
$10 per session or $50 for 5 sessions
