The Cottage is set amongst our garden and is designed for small groups. It has a kitchenette, tables and seats approx 16 people.
Extra tables and chairs are available.
The outdoor room is a sunny spacious undercover deck set amongst our garden, looking out over the community garden. There is seating for up to 30 people as well as extras on surround seating. Tables are available if required.
The Computer room provides access to projector, desktops & internet. It allows approx. 10 – 12 people seated. It can also be used as a small meeting room.
The Station Room is a larger room seating approx 30 around tables if needed or 40 if seated in rows.
A fully functioning & registered kitchen with 8 ceramic hotplates, two good sized ovens, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment. An ideal space for catering & food preparation, with an adjoining room to use as a dining venue.
An office and a ‘Hot Desk are also available’. The office is currently available for hire on Thursdays & Fridays. It is equipped with a spacious desk, chair & book shelves. (Computer is not provided) Great for anyone needing an occasional space in Port Fairy to meet with clients.
The ‘Hot Desk’ is available for shorter time spans and one off sessions. Great for people holidaying who might want to check in on the work emails, need quiet space to get some writing done or have the house work or family nagging them every time they sit down to work from home. Phone to check availability.
