Yoga Nidra with Gentle Stretch

Step into a space where deep rest meets gentle renewal. This Yoga Nidra workshop is designed to be both fun and deeply relaxing—an experience that becomes more energising (while still soothing) week by week. As you continue, you may notice your thoughts and feelings becoming clearer, softer, and more refined. The practice invites you to turn inward, nurturing your inner nature and cultivating a more grounded, thoughtful response to life.
Each session is thoughtfully varied to keep things fresh and engaging, blending calming sound bath, guided Yoga Nidra, and Pawanmuktasana (gentle, accessible stretches) to warm the body and ease you into rest.
Please bring a yoga mat, warm blanket and anything else that will make you feel comfortable.
