Join us for a calming 4-week Yin Yoga journey designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Each session offers a gentle, meditative practice focused on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues—perfect for cultivating stillness, flexibility, and inner awareness.
Whether you’re new to Yin or looking to deepen your current practice, this series offers a supportive and welcoming space to explore the benefits of going inward. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to feel comfortable—such as a blanket, bolster, cushion, or blocks.
Take this time for yourself. Unwind, restore, and reset. All levels welcome.
