Yoga not only enhances flexibility, but it also boosts strength, balance, coordination, and promotes a calmer, healthier mind at any age. Don’t say, “I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible!” In fact, that’s one of the very reasons we practice yoga. Flexibility isn’t a requirement—it’s a result! Yoga is all about nurturing both our body and surprisingly, our mind as well.
Participants will experience the benefits of stretching and, with consistent practice, enjoy improved flexibility and overall wellbeing.
