Kickstart your day with this rejuvenating course designed to energize your body and calm your mind! Beginning with gentle stretches and light movements to awaken your body, followed by chair-based yoga or mat options for deeper stretches, you will then boost your mood with some laughter exercises and enjoy a peaceful “Chat and Chew” break to nourish both body and mind. David will guide you through soothing visualizations and finish with the tranquil sounds of Tibetan chanting to restore balance. With a thoughtful mix of active and passive activities, this course is perfect for relaxation and feeling refreshed! Please bring your yoga mat if you would like to use it during stretching.
