Designed for secondary students and adult learners alike, this workshop will show you how study can be easier and more enjoyable. Walk away with the tools to feel confident and ready for anything exam season throws your way!
Participants don’t need to bring anything as handouts will be provided but are welcome to bring a notebook and pen.
Mandy van den Berg is a qualified mental health worker and RTT hypnotherapist specializing in mindset coaching. She is passionate about helping people to overcome barriers and reach their goals. Through this program Mandy will guide you through all her learnings on how you can work with your brain / mind to retain more information, study with ease and experience confidence when taking exams or tests.
