This workshop has been compiled in collaboration with Jen Grey, whose wealth of knowledge and skills include Reflexology and Reiki, combined with her Life Journey Skills. In this experiential workshop you will be provided with simple, yet effective and powerful techniques and tools, to support you to Ground, Focus, be Calmer, and more energised throughout your day.
