Join us, with presenter Dr Eric Fairbank, as he guides us through a End of Life Preparation workshop.
It is designed to give you and your family understanding and ease with the daunting task of end of life preparations. It will cover advance care planning, power of attorney, wills and other helpful end of life tips and resources. The coursework is based on Dr Fairbank’s Manual for Living and Dying in Style.

The Warrnambool and District Community Hospice is proud to present a Dying to Know Day event in community partnership with the Port Fairy Community House in Port Fairy, 2021.
This End of Life Preparation workshop is designed to give you and your family understanding and ease with the daunting task of end of life preparations. It will cover advance care planning, power of attorney, wills and other helpful end of life tips and resources. The coursework is based on Dr Fairbank’s Manual for Living and Dying in Style.
